Orders

Can I place orders over the phone?

If you have a MelMarie trade account then you will be provided with a contact telephone number. For all other customers, purchasing over the phone is not available. ​
Can I amend my order once it has been confirmed?

Unfortunately you cannot amend your order once it has been placed. Our warehouse team are extremely busy and it may cause problems. If you need to add to your order then you will need to place a new order.
Can I track my order?

Yes you can track your order. To track your order please email sales@melmarie.co.uk and one of our Customer Service agents will assist you further.
Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not already been dispatched then you can email customer services at sales@melmarie.co.uk to cancel your order. Please do this as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
I’ve received the wrong order, what should I do?

I can’t find the product I’m looking for online?

If you can’t find a product on our website please email Customer Services at sales@melmarie.co.uk and one of our Customer Service agents will look into this for you.
If something is out of stock will you be getting more?

We do get products back in stock on a regular basis. Please keep checking the website for stock updates.

I can’t find the correct colour to match my own hair?

If you can’t find the correct match to your hair please email a picture to sales@melmarie.co.uk and a member of our Colour Team will colour match you.

Should you choose a colour that does not suit your hair or you are unhappy with the colour match you can return your purchase and we will happily offer an exchange as long as the hair has not been used. Please refer to our return process for further details.

What is Synthetic Hair
Synthetic hair
MelMarie synthetic hair is manufactured to act and feel like human hair and can even be styled and heated up to 180c in moderation. Recognised as the best quality heat- friendly synthetic fibre, our synthetic hair extensions allow women to change and style the hair as desired. Synthetic hair usually lasts around 8-10 uses depending on the aftercare. See our aftercare guide for details on how to care for your weave or ponytail.
Can I use heated styling appliances on my weave or ponytail?
MelMarie synthetic hair can be styled and heated up to 180c in moderation. Please refer to our Aftercare guide for further details about styling.
Can I colour my weave or ponytail?
No – as MelMarie weaves and ponytails are made using synthetic hair they can’t be coloured. Although our products come in multi-tonal blends, with a colour match to suit most current hair colours.
